Getting ready
to watch the big game? Doesn't matter whether it's the
Super Bowl, or hockey, good food makes it much more
fun. Here are some recipes that will please everyone.

|
7-Layer
Ranch Dip
|

Ingredients: |
|
- 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe
Secrets® Ranch Soup Mix
- 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato(es), chopped
- 1 can (2.25 oz.) sliced pitted
ripe olives, drained
- 1/4 cups chopped red onion(s)
- 1 can (4.5 oz.) chopped green
chilies, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese,
about 4 ounces
- tortilla chips

Directions: |
- In 2-quart shallow dish, combine
soup mix and sour cream.
- Evenly layer remaining ingredients,
except tortilla chips, ending with cheese. Chill, if desired.
Serve with tortilla chips.

Buffalo
Style Chicken Wings

|
Ingredients:
|
|
- 2 pounds chicken wings, about
15
- 2 tablespoons margerine, melted
- 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
(optional)
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
|
Directions:
|

Preheat oven
to 425°. Spray 13x9 inch baking pan with nonstick
cooking spray; set aside. Cut tips off chicken wings.
Cut wings in half at joint.

In prepared pan,
arrange wings. Bake 50 minutes or until wings are thoroughly
cooked and crispy.
Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine melted Spread, hot pepper
sauce, sesame seeds and salt. Add cooked wings; toss to
coat.

Chili Nachos
|

Ingredients:
|
|
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion(s), chopped
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 can (19 ounces) red kidney
beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 jar (1 lb. 10 oz.) Pasta Sauce
- Plain tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese,
about 4 ounces

Directions:
|
- In 12-inch skillet, brown ground
beef with onion and chili powder over medium-high heat,
stirring occasionally. Stir in beans and Pasta Sauce.
- Bring to boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally,
20 minutes. Spoon over tortilla chips, then top with cheese.
